Customer satisfaction is a priority. We look forward to helping you get the right product for your next wear blue run. In the unlikely event that a return or exchange is necessary, please see the following.
To Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Fill out the Returns/Exchanges Form on our website.
Items purchased via our website may be returned for an exchange, merchandise credit, or refund if they meet the following criteria:
- Items have not been worn.
- Items are returned to wear blue with a postmark no later than 14 days from receipt of goods.
- Within 48 hours of receiving your return request wear blue will email you a free USPS return label.
- You will receive a refund for the purchase price, minus initial shipping, within 1 week of your return being received and accepted.
- At any time you can place your new item order online at www.wearblueshop.org
- Within 48 hours of receiving your exchange request wear blue will email you a free USPS return label.
- You will receive a refund for the purchase, including initial shipping (standard shipping only), within 1 week of your return being received and accepted.
Defective merchandise can be returned for a full refund or product replacement. All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be returned to the customer at his or her expense.
Discontinued items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
